The Holiday Inn was a fantastic spot for our large family! We loved the clean rooms and super comfy beds. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring Newport News and nearby attractions like Buckroe Beach, which was a hit with the kids!

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Newport News. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made check-in smooth. My room, a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was modern and welcoming, making it easy to navigate. The breakfast had a decent variety, but the food quality could be better. I booked three nights and appreciated the extended breakfast hours. Parking was easy and I liked the close access to downtown Newport News and Buckroe Beach. However, the dining options inside the hotel were limited and could use improvement. Bigger menus or better food quality would make the experience even better. The location was great for exploring local attractions. I'd definitely return but hope to see an upgrade in food options next time.

Burger Theory was a winning culinary find with killer vegan options. The staff were top-notch—quick, friendly, and the lobby felt fresh and classy! You could tell this place really cares for its guests.
We had a tough time with housekeeping, consistently having to chase down clean towels, and the pool area was in serious need of a clean-up. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't seen a mop in ages!

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for us, right across from the City Center. We enjoyed shopping and soaking in local nightlife. The staff were super friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Don’t forget to try the Burger Theory, it’s a convenient spot for meals!
Had a hiccup with our reservation. they tried switching us to a king bed instead of the two queens we booked. It was confusing and a bit frustrating. But we managed to sort it out in the end.
